Hospital Standard Charges
Find out more about what it may cost - We encourage all patients to find out as much as they can about the cost of their care before coming to the hospital. If you have insurance, you should check with your insurance company to find out if the service is covered and what your copayments and deductibles might be. The same is true if you are on Medicaid or Medicare. If you do not have health coverage, call (334)774-2601 and ask to speak with a patient account representative. This person can provide estimates of your bill and work with you to come up with a plan for payment. Financial assistance may be available based on the information provided.
Dale Medical Center has developed and provided two files in accordance with updated guidelines published by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid in 45 CFR 180.50 and 180.60.
These prices are negotiated with insurers and patients on an ongoing basis. Please call our Patient Account Representative at (334)774-2601 with questions related to these standard charges.

Average Charges Per Stay
The prices offered here are estimates only. The final amount will vary based on your specific circumstances including health insurance status and changes in coverage; length of time spent in the hospital; any additional tests or procedures ordered by your physician; or any unforeseen conditions or circumstances surrounding your care or recovery. This estimate only covers the hospital portion of your medical bill. Physician services are billed directly from the physician practice, and DALE MEDICAL CENTER is not able to provide that pricing information. If you have health insurance, the Affordable Care Act requires health insurance companies to provide pricing information to their customers, including both the hospital portion of your care as well as physician services.
