My nephew, Jackson, had an ER visit on 2/2/23 and was then sent to ICU. Kaitlin in the ER was so very kind not only to Jackson, but to the family also, providing warm blankets and coffee. Leanne Maund was also very kind and gentle with Jackson. In ICU, Cindy Shiver was also so kind and accommodating. This means the world when you are in a serious situation. There was not one employee that we encountered that wasn't kind. We are so thankful for the care we always receive at your facility
